Distributed across 5 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining area, and 4 bathrooms, it offers a pleasant stay with all the comforts. **The Bedrooms:** - Three bedrooms are located on the lower level, all equipped with 100x200cm beds that can be put together into two singles. Two of these bedrooms feature private bathrooms with showers. - The other two bedrooms are situated on an upper level, accessed via comfortable stairs. The wooden lattice provides sufficient privacy together with a blind (there are no doors). Both rooms have double beds and a ceiling height of approximately 170 cm. Guests also have access to two additional bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The dining area, located next to the kitchen, features a large custom-made table that seats 10 people. The apartment is centered around an interior courtyard, which floods the space with natural light throughout the day. Noise complaints will result in termination of stay. Noise sensor alerts incur a €50 charge per notification and may lead to booking cancellation. \- No visitors or unregistered guests allowed. For safety and to respect our neighbors, the apartment has a noise sensor and occupancy monitor (it measures noise levels and estimates the number of connected devices, without recording audio or video). Events or personal/work gatherings are not allowed with unregistered guests. \- Provide your arrival details (time, origin, flight/train number, or estimated time by car). \- Late check-in fees: €30 (9:00 PM–11:00 PM) and €50 (11:00 PM–10:00 AM, subject to prior confirmation, paid in cash). \- All guests must submit ID/passport details via an online form before arrival; otherwise, the check-in won't be done and the booking will be canceled. \- No refunds for reduced stays or guests after booking confirmation. \- No smoking. €200 penalty for detected smoke. \- Check-out by 11:00 AM.
