The space

**The Bedrooms:**
- Three bedrooms are located on the lower level, all equipped with 100x200cm beds that can be put together into two singles. Two of these bedrooms feature private bathrooms with showers.
- The other two bedrooms are situated on an upper level, accessed via comfortable stairs. The wooden lattice provides sufficient privacy together with a blind (there are no doors). Both rooms have double beds and a ceiling height of approximately 170 cm. Guests also have access to two additional bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The dining area, located next to the kitchen, features a large custom-made table that seats 10 people.
The apartment is centered around an interior courtyard, which floods the space with natural light throughout the day. It is located on the ground floor, eliminating the need for an elevator for access.
