- No visits are allowed during the stay and only guests included in the booking can stay and spend the night in the apartment.
- Check-in after 8pm will be charged 30€ upon arrival.
- Don't roll the suitcases in the apartment as the wooden floor is very noisy.
- Silence from 22:00, please respect the neighbors resting hours. If noises, music, loud voices and the neighbors complain, this will be a reason for immediate check-out. Should we receive any alarm from the sound detector installed in the apartment, you will be expelled from the apartment.
- Leave the apartment without any garbage and leftovers, take all the trash out to the container at the main door. Please, don't eat in the bedrooms.
- Before your check-out, turn off all electric devices, lights and close all the windows.
- Smoking only allowed at the balconies closing the windows.
- ID will be required for all guests.\n- For long-term stays a contract will need signed at the arrival. A deposit will be required and the electricity and gaz bills will be included only up to a limited amount.
