\- A contract will be signed for your stay including all guests' passport details, a month security deposit will be required. The conditions must be discussed in advance, specially regarding the electricity bills.
\- ID or passport will be required at check-in.
\- Please provide all your arrival details at the moment of the booking: time, origin, flight number, estimated time if by car.
\- There is a 30€ fee for late check-in from 21:00h. 
\- Total Silence from 22:00 to 8am, please respect the neighbors resting hours.
\- Leave the apartment without any garbage and leftovers, take all the trash out to the container at the main door.
\- Turn off all electric devices, lights and close all the windows.
\- Smoking is not allowed.
\- If the keys are lost, 80€/set will be charged for the replacement.

- Cleaning fee 70: 70.00  €
- Damage deposit: 3,000.00  €

## Cancellation

- Cancelling 0–30 days before arrival: 100% penalty
- Cancelling 31–60 days before arrival: 50% penalty
