- A contract will be signed for your stay including all guests' passport details, a month security deposit will be required. The conditions must be discussed in advance, specially regarding the electricity bills.
- ID or passport will be required at check-in.
- Please provide all your arrival details at the moment of the booking: time, origin, flight number, estimated time if by car.
- There is a 30€ fee for late check-in from 22:00h.
- Total Silence from 22:00 to 8am, please respect the neighbors resting hours.
- Leave the apartment without any garbage and leftovers, take all the trash out to the container at the main door.
- Turn off all electric devices, lights and close all the windows.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- If the keys are lost, 20€/set will be charged for the replacement.
